I looked at all the caged animals in the shelter...the cast-offs of human
society.
I saw in their eyes love and hope, fear and dread, sadness and betrayal.
And I was angry.
"God," I said, "this is terrible! Why don't you do something?"
God was silent for a moment and then He spoke softly.
"I have done something," He replied.
"I created You."

YOU CONSIDER ADOPTING A PET? THOSE ARE THE REASONS WHY MANY OF OUR PRECIOUS ANIMALS GETTING RETURNED ALL THOSE ANIMALS ARE ALREADY 2ND CHANCE ANIMALS AND SHOULD NOT BE MOVING FROM HOME TO HOME OR BEING RETURNED FOR REASONS THAT ARE PREVENTABLE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE ADOPTING AN ANIMAL. ALL ANIMALS ESPECIALLY PUPPIES ARE VERY TIME CONSUMING AND DEMANDING AND WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER. ANIMALS ARE A LIFETIME COMMITMENT AND NOT DISPOSABLE SO SELECT CAREFULLY "Select" is defined in the dictionary by such phrases as "a preferred choice" or "carefully chosen". Selecting the family dog should be a well-researched and carefully soul-searched activity. Are you and your family willing to make a 10 - 15 year commitment to this sentient being in sickness and in health, for richer and for poorer, for as long as all shall live? America has become a nation of disposable pet owners. Doesn't your family dog deserve better? Choose wisely, for when the bond breaks, everybody concerned suffers. Make selecting your new family dog a life-affirming act!!!!! |
